Can I vote in Utah?

You have the right to vote in Utah if you meet all the following eligibility requirements:
  • You are a United States citizen.
  • You will be at least 18 years old on or before the next election.
  • You are a resident of Utah for at least 30 days immediately before the election.
  • You are not currently incarcerated for a felony conviction (check out our page on voting rights and incarceration).
